I am now in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Flying is different these days. Everybody checks their bags, hence the lines shifted from security (less bags to check) to check-in. The secret seems to be to just do curb check-in. My boss did that, while I stood in line for about 30 minutes waiting to check my bags.
I went to the hotel gym this morning. They had one of those giant super modern multi-use machines, and I couldn't figure out how to do a single exercise with it. Great, I now see eye-to-eye with my grandma when it comes to technical know-how.
