What did you do this Saturday? Besides seeing my favorite soccer team not win the German championship once again, I spent six hours flooding my kitchen, made three trips to Ace Hardware and then de-assembled and re-assembled my kitchen faucet four different times. I know once again have (very high pressured, fire=hose like) running water in my kitchen and am fairly sure what I need do to have a fully functional kitchen faucet. Let's just say that I didn't have to take apart my kitchen sink. Once I am confident that the weekend shift at the hardware store has the day off, I will go back and purchase the parts I broke in the process of fixing my kitchen faucet.
Note to self, when working with running water; turn off the running water.
