Staying true to my new year's resolution, I actually went to Yoga yesterday. Yoga is one of those things that I know I need to be doing but it's also one of those things that I am particularly untalented at. Kind of like cooking and eating vegetables. Anyway, yesterday I took the most basic class that anyone could take, and it was perfect. Not just for me, but also for the four male senior citizens who participated in the course. At the end of the class, we were supposed to just lay in a very relaxed fashion, close our eyes and breathe rhythmically. The perfect recipe to fall asleep. And when you're doing Yoga with a bunch of old men, such resulted into loud snoring, coming from everyone other than myself and our cute instructor. I am not sure, but I think I am way too unpredictable of a sleeper to be snoozing in any sort of public setting. I talk in my sleep, often say inappropriate things and have been known to sleep walk. Not the best features, especially should I ever graduate out of my old men's yoga class.
Looking back, I've blogged frequently about my failed attempts of making Yoga a regular part of my life. Being kicked in the face by Natilee during a Yoga session in Los Angeles (picture moments) probably tops the list.
