I've been going to work really early in the morning, just because I've been busy but still want to get out at 6 or 7 and go on a bike ride. With that has come an increased consumption of caffeine and generally a huge post dinner nap. Now it's midnight, my alarm set to ring in five hours and I can still smell that 8am cup of coffee. How I can fall asleep after dinner, but not now, puzzles me. I've considered to have another huge meal and then just get knocked out by a potential carb overload. But that can't be healthy. I've also thought about calling my mum. But I really don't have that much time. Also she'd probably get the wrong impression and then start calling me every morning before she goes to work. Alright, off to bed again. Back to controlled breathing for a little while.
