In yet another effort to live healthy, I decided to actually sautee some Spinach tonight. Out of "some spinach" quickly became 1 pound of popeye's favorite cooked up with a 4 teaspoons of olive oil and 6 cloves of garlic. Actually, just a few hours ago, I didn't even know that there is a difference between a clove and an entire garlic. It just didn't seem right that I needed $5 worth of garlic for this dish. Anyway, I ate a pound of spinach and feel like to have possibly gone a bit overboard. I cannot remember to have felt this full in a long, long time. Not sure how healthy this meal actually was. Plus, I should be able to keep any sane vampire miles away from me.
