On Monday I started my weekly acupuncture sessions to combat the constant stiffness in my neck. In conjunction with my re-ignited efforts of stretching, I'm really trying to do something about all the bad habits that come with working a lot. Now if I could just sit up straight in my chair.
Back to Acupuncture. It's great. During my lunch break I wander only a block down the street where the acupuncture office is located in the back of a yoga studio. It starts with a massage, then come the needles and ends with a massage. And best of all, I can't even feel the needles, which might have something to do with how easily I get distracted by watching the acupuncture lady's bare feet move around the floor. I've always wanted a job where I could walk around bare-footed.Anyway, if you're ever in need of some acupuncture in Portland, I highly recommend it.
