Ok,
it would have been near impossible and extremely embarrassing if I had any sort
of slip-up on Day 1. My gym workout consisted of my newly invented fitness test
as well as some back and abs work. Doing the treadmill test really was
dangerous and I almost had to jump off a couple of times, which would have made
for a rather attention-grabbing image.

I can easily eat five pieces of fruit per day, but
vegetables are another story. Last night, I had to saut矡 pound of spinach
alongside with my buffalo burger. Unsaut褤, that would have taken hours to
eat. What other sorts of vegetables can I saut矡nd then consume in bulk?
