I am going through a three day fast. Actually, it’s more of a 2 1/2 day fast, as I ate fruits and vegetables today. It’s a good exercise to go without food from time to time. Trains the minds and body, plus it helps get rid of some of the those toxins our bodies are carrying around.

That means this weekend, I am going to watch a lot of TV, as I obviously won’t have too much energy. Tomorrow Schalke is playing on American TV. At 7am but that really doesn’t matter. Finally a good reason to get up.
