Valentine’s weekend just passed. We had a great time and I will write a more complete description tomorrow.
Tonight Natilee cooked Garlic chicken with coconut rice and fried bananas. It’s a recipe we tried to copy from a Cuban restaurant in LA called Versailles. Dinner was phenomenal, even though I might have gone a bit overboard on the fried bananas. It’s funny, until 6 months ago I never had fried bananas. Now life without them seems dull and gloomy.
