I am still in Seattle. It’s looking like I might be traveling back down to LA next week. There is a lot of work to do in both offices, but at this point it seems like a few days of Los Angeles are necessary. Regardless, it’s amazing. I came up here and packed for a week and it will be more like 2 1/2 weeks. Still, I am having no troubles whatsoever when it comes to my clothing selection.
One of my very good friends is writing a book. I had the chance to read a large part of it. I think it’s going to be a bestseller. It’s about life, women, feelings and how true happiness only occurs occasionally in our lives. I am usually a very positive person, but there probably is something true about it. For example, you know how it feels when you first fall in love with someone. Every day is great. Every minute is incredible. There are no problems and all you can think of is how great the future is going to be. Well, how many people do you know who maintain that feeling day in and day out. That attitude. That point of view. Not many. At some point, you fall back into the everyday worries and drags. I wonder how it be possible to maintain that “rosy red” attitude all the time. Otherwise, it’s just a bunch of rain with an occasional break in the clouds. Sad.
