when we fried that Turkey

Before flying out to Los Angeles, I had a great Thanksgiving dinner with my friends Brock, Kelly and Rick. What stood out that the Turkey we ate was fried not roasted, which was done on quite possibly the rainiest day of the year. Outside. All of you have ever had any sort of barbecue or open flame operation inside their home can probably attest that it’s safer to do so outside. Below are some pics of our Thanksgiving turkey frying. We set up a canopy in the parking lot to protect the flame from the rain and draw attention from neighbors or anyone wanting to park their car.  Fun stuff.
